8.Eligibility :

     (c)If you have applied for Divorce, you can register as our website /App by stating “Awaiting Divorce”.

10. If we ever get to know or been informed by any third person that photos and information are not true enough these and then we shall be enough capable to reject your membership at any time along with your membership money will be confiscated without informing.
11. Raibar never will be stopping to their members for growing their interest. On that issue either you will be unaccepted or will go ahead. If you are interest that’s completely your personal concern.
12. Raibar never endorse or accepts ethos which is provided by members. For that reason documents should be verified by you like marital status, education qualification, financial status , Occupation, character , health , etc there after you will take the decision whether will accept or you will disown. Raibar must not be responsible on it.
13. You will definitely be very safe with your login ID, password, OTP etc and you will make sure lest nobody should watch that and don’t share that with someone, you will make your password that such way by that alphabet, upper case, lowercase, number ,character , by that you can keep your attention very secure and be alert with your computer , mobile , tab so that un authorize person cannot reach up to.
14. If we ever want to know about you at that time you will have to tell us about you.

18. Raibar never even given you the guarantee that Raibar can find out for you your life partner Raibar just suggest you to find out according you your life as available date from database, Raibar just provide a platform.

19. You will definitely not provide your membership also your unused profile you have no right to do ethically.

20. All members are just being requested if you get any problems or any kind of query that you all can inform us but don’t put any wanted matters in social networking site, don’t make any thing viral.

Disclaimer: If you have created somebody others profile it means you have taken permission from that person and that person has given you that much of authority .So, in this particular matter Raibar must not be responsible if there has any kind of dispute on that issue Raibar can block your account and membership will be forfeited  by authority with out any notice to you.

21. If you made any account it means you have taken enough permission from that person. You have been given enough permission if any dispute creates or happen Raibar must not be responsible on this matter and in this subject you paying fees to be suspended along with you member ship without any notice to you.

22. Pornography or any adult content is highly restricted to post on the site , such type of case your money will be forfeited and membership will be suspended permanently without any notice.
23. You acknowledge and confirm that your registration with RABAR and the usags of Raibar is with the bonafied intension of marriage and not otherwise.

24. You will take responsibility of your account activities, we will never ask you to any password and OTP numbers.

25. The payment made by any member to Raibar by way of membership /profile highlighter / assistance service are treated as non-refundable.
26. Raibar cannot guarantee the complete protection of user data it is in transit or prevent any tempering of the data by a third party with malicious intent before the data reaches the Raibar server.
